In the first tender weeks, I'm in your home holding the baby while you nap, running a load of laundry, or simply sitting with you while you process it all. Trained through DONA International.

Nourishment
Warm, healing meals prepared in your kitchen using ingredients you love. I'm trained in postpartum nutrition through Postpartum University.

Lactation Support
Gentle, evidence-based help with latch, positioning, pumping, and the emotional weight of feeding. Trained through UC San Diego's IBCLC preparation program.

Overnight Support
So you can actually sleep. I handle night feedings, settling, and soothing while you rest in another room.

After years working as a paramedic and counselor, I kept seeing the same gap: families navigating the hardest weeks of their lives with almost no support. I became a postpartum doula because I believe the fourth trimester deserves the same care and preparation as the birth itself.
